Ferry connections from La Digue to Mahe

There are a few Seychelles Ferry options to consider before you book ferry tickets La Digue Mahe. Cat Cocos offers a few options, with most of their daily services routing via Praslin. On Saturday and Sunday afternoons, they also offer a non-stop ferry La Digue Mahe, which travels directly from La Digue Harbour to the Inter Island Quay in Mahe in just 75 minutes!

However, there may be days when the Cat Cocos departure times do not fit your plans, especially when their last departure is around lunchtime. So, we suggest combining two ferry companies for the latest possible departure from La Digue on these days. First, take the La Digue to Praslin ferry, operated by Cat Rose and then the Praslin to Mahe ferry with Cat Cocos.

The minimum connection time on Praslin is 15 minutes. Both Cat Cocos and Cat Rose (Inter Island Ferry) use the same Praslin jetty, so transferring from one company to another is quick and easy. To help plan your trip, use the Seychelles Ferry Schedule to compare timings for both companies.

On arrival in Praslin, simply collect your luggage from the Cat Rose ferry and make your way over to the Cat Cocos ferry, which is moored just a short distance away. Show the crew your Cat Cocos Boarding Pass (if received digitally) and check-in for the onward journey to Mahe. Should you not have your Cat Cocos Boarding Pass, pop into the Creole Travel Services jetty office for assistance.

This option is slightly more expensive than the Cat Cocos La Digue Mahe ticket price. Still, even if the overall journey time is a little longer than usual, you'll have gained a couple of extra hours on La Digue, giving you more time to experience some of our La Digue activities.
