Operating from some of Mahe’s most breathtaking beaches and paddling locations, The Surf House - currently the only licensed surf school in Seychelles - will have you riding your first waves in no time.
From their idyllic location on the island’s southwest coast, they offer a range of tailor-made surf and stand up paddling courses and tours suitable for all ability levels.
So whether you’re a complete beginner or a more experienced surfer, Surf House will ensure you get the perfect coach, location and gear to make surfing in Seychelles a genuinely memorable experience.
When you book your Seychelles ferry tickets with us, you can take advantage of a 10% discount on all surf or SUP courses, tours or rentals. Simply select the discount from the special offers list that appears at the end of our easy online ferry booking process. Please note that Surf House Seychelles is based on Mahe island, so a ferry is not required to reach their main office, however their services can be utilised from any of the main islands of Mahe, Praslin and La Digue by contacting them (details on voucher).
All surfing/stand up paddle (SUP) lessons include tuition and in-water support by an internationally qualified instructor who has had training in first aid, all possible sea conditions and necessary safety protocol. Equipment hire and transportation to and from surf locations are also provided when staying in South Mahe.
For those with a little more experience, why not join one of their stand up paddle tours of Mahe’s outer islands, exploring gorgeous bays and stunning beaches along the way.
And for anyone wanting to capture the experience on camera, The Surf House offers a photography service with professional equipment; all images are then saved to a USB stick to take home with you.
Surf House Seychelles also have a range of surf and paddle boards for hire and will help you with local advice and tide tables to help pick the best location and get the most out of your rental.
